At rade, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it and get a refund.

🛍️ Return Conditions

To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

• Original tags must still be attached

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Customized or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless defective)

🚚 Return Shipping Fees

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense

• You may use any carrier you like, but we recommend tracked shipping to avoid any loss

🔄 Easy Procedure

1. Email us at contact@rade.fr with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

2. We will send you the return address and instructions

3. Send the parcel within 14 days after our confirmation

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method

💡 Defective products or order errors

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately at radebrand.contact@gmail.com with photos

• We will cover all return and replacement costs
